Experience as a barista is great, but not required. We are looking for people with a genuine, curious and outgoing nature. Applicants must be self-motivated, hard-working, and take pride in the products we serve.
We are looking for people who understand the importance of community and have a real desire to be part of creating it.
Our positions:
Hospitality Assistant: This entry level position helps the rest of the staff by cleaning and stocking. It is an excellent first job experience.
Cafe associate: A cafe associate is the face of the cafe, taking orders, preparing drinks and food order and helping with catering events.
Barista: A barista is an espresso machine “coffee artist” who has extensive knowledge about coffee and prepares, decorates and serves drinks to the customer.
Management Team: Our management team supervises staff and can step in to perform any position.
